Downstream initialize items must be recursively reloaded

The reloadonstartup functionality allows content intialize items to be reloaded when the version of the module changes. When that item however is reloaded (the node is removed and reimported), then the content contributed by downstream initialize items (items that import content below the removed node) is also removed. When an item is to be reloaded, these downstream items must also be reloaded.
