Remove obsolete properties from hippolog folder node definition

hippolog:folder node definition contains properties enabled, maxsize and appender. These are no longer used by the new event logger implementation and should be removed from the definition. This task includes writing an updater for removing the corresponding properties from the nodes themselves.
