Group everybody should not have default write permissions

Everybody contains everybody. That's every user and "anonymous" users.

There are two problems with giving the group everybody defautwrite permissions:

• anonymous users can perform write actions
• it's not possible to create a user without write permissions (for example a read-only siteuser)
