Console YAML Export: Encoding issue

When logged in into the developer console at /cms/console and trying to export content as YAML using 'Show export in this window'. The displayed  YAML content contains encoding failures. 

For example, when using the German language, there are a lot of ü, ä and ß. A word like "Persönlichen" will be converted into "Persönlichen" 

Auto export and ZIP export work fine though.

For the record, we're running 12.3.0.
