Stampede test is not failing in integration test server

    Description

      Scenario - To make sure stampede testing is working fine functionally.
      Files changed - pom.xml >> hippo.repository.version >> 2.20.00
      and quickstart/pom.xml

      While running the test we observed certain java NPE, which is expected in integration test server as well. But it is not there .... this issue is also related to REPO-200
