Document JackRabbit Patches

Document the difference between the hX versions. Example:
– h1: includes repo-123 and repo-125
– h2: includes update to repo-123 and new patch repo-332
– etc.

List in which repository versions the X versions are introduced. Example:
– h1: 2.18.00
– h2: 2.18.03, 2.20.00
– h3: 2.18.04, 2.20.02
– etc

Perhaps there is a way to extract this information from svn avoiding (outdated) documentation
