broadcast module config categorisation is wrong

During the upgrade of hippo-connect, the upgrade verifier spits out diffs of the form

del-node:/hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/broadcast/hippo:moduleconfig/cms-cms-blue-1880854758-b1jjh

This should not show up, these nodes should be categorised as system. Looking at the corresponding YAML Source, the categorisation has been applied to the "broadcast" node rather than the "hippo:moduleconfig" node. The categorisation should be moved.
