Support log4j2 in LoggingServlet (besides log4j1 and jdk14 logging)

    Description

      Most important to note is for the LoggingServlet to properly work the following log4j2 runtime system property needs to be set, for example in Tomcat setenv.sh:

      -DLog4jContextSelector=org.apache.logging.log4j.core.selector.BasicContextSelector
