Remove deprecated reviewedactions from translation-copy workflow category

We seemed to have overlooked removing the reviewedactions workflow from the translation-copy workflow:category.
As we already are post-FCS we no longer can/may use reload-on-startup but need a patch initialize-item to delete this workflow configuration.
