Hardhandle updater does not handle previously namespace-upgraded documents correctly

It seems that the hardhandle updater incorrectly migrates documents that have recently been upgraded with a namespace upgrader. Apparently the latest version of such documents is the intermediate state of the namespace upgrade but we use that version as the new unpublished variant in the hardhandle updater.
