Adding CXF to repository engine makes SCXML tests fail

The CXF JAXR artifact that was added to the repository engine as a dependency in order for the repository to be able to expose jaxrs end points pulls in the woodstox STAX parser. The RepositorySCXMLRegistryTest tests on very specific error messages originating from parsing the SCXML definitions. These messages are slightly different when the definitions are parsed using woodstox.
