Register eventlog cleanup job directly with scheduler using configuration instead of code

We currently have an EventLogCleanupModule that registers an eventlog cleanup job with the scheduler. This is somewhat inconvenient because a dedicated jcr session is logged in with a dedicated jcr listener on the moduleconfig to listen to changes to the configuration. Since recently the repository scheduler picks up jobs automatically from its configuration so that the need for a dedicated daemon module to schedule the job is no longer necessary.
