Make live and preview possibly use different jcr session (pools) with different read access

hst-config.properties will become something like this

1. typically a user having read access on published docs (no draft)
2. We advice in production to use a user here that does not have readaccess on drafts and unpublished
3. for example the : livesiteuser
   default.repository.user.name = admin@live
   default.repository.password = admin
