The default doBeforeServeResource() implementation should use resource ID as a resource dispatch path.

Currently, if developers want to use resource phase, they should implement doBeforeServeResource() or they should configure serveresourcepath in the repository configuration.
If the default implementation of GenericHstComponent sets the serveresource path by the resource id (e.g., /jsp/myresource.jsp) by default, it is more useful because developers can use resource id to dispatch the jsp paths.
(By the way, Portlet 2.0's GenericPortlet is implemented by this way as well.)
