Add the possibility to configure the HstVirtualHostsFilter in the web.xml regarding which url patterns to include/exclude

Next to being able to configure this in the repository, we should also provide the possibility to configure this in the web.xml.

Also, configuring which urls to handleinclude (like *.html and 'without prefix') might be useful, instead of only possible to say which prefixes and suffixes to exclude
