All SPA 'internal' links should be relative to the sitemap item path

    Description

      In case the SPA link is internal, the link should be similar to HSTTWO-4727

      Note this can only be picked up in v1.0 of the page model api since in v0.9 it would be an incompatible change

      In rewritten links in rich text in the Page Model API output, the links should be relative to the sitemap item in case of SPA 'internal' links, and same goes for the 'links' object for for HstLink if the HstLink is set as model
