Add getters to dynamic beans for the document types from different namespaces

Fields of document types from different namespaces are not added to the dynamic beans. When a dynamic bean is created for a document type (eg: myproject:news), only the fields which belong to the same namespace of the document type (eg: myproject:author, myproject:title: myproject:name) are added to the dynamic bean.

Fields like "hippotaxonomy:keys", "relateddocs:reldoc" and "hippostd:tags" currently aren't added to the dynamic beans because of the reason above. These properties are belong to taxonomy, tagging and relateddocs projects and these projects are used a lot by the customers.

Dynamic beans implementation should be improved to handle this case.
