Testsuite - Swagger not working, swagger.yaml

When starting the testsuite and going to http://localhost:8080/api-docs/ an error is logged, no api is shown:

500 : No message body writer has been found for class io.swagger.models.Swagger, ContentType: application/yaml http://localhost:8080/site/restservices/swagger.yaml

Same works as expected in 12.6
