HST should either handle or drop OPTIONS requests

    Description

      Using OPTIONS method causes HST to log warn messages like:

      "POSSIBLE WASTE DETECTED in request 'Request{ method='OPTIONS',...snip"

      I tested Google, Twitter and few others (reddit) all return 405 response (not implemented), Githuib returns 404 error
