ChannelInfo Resourcebundle not being read

    Description

      In v13, ChannelInfo's resource bundle doesn't seem to be used any more.

      How to reproduce

      • Build and run hippo-testsuite release/13.0 branch locally
      • Visit CMS / Channel Manager, and open the English demo channel.
      • Open Channel setting window.
      • Now, it doesn't show the resource bundle strings, but shows resource bundle keys only:
      • It shows proper messages in UI before (~v12) (by reading it from components/src/main/resources/org/hippoecm/hst/demo/channel/DemoChannelInfo.properties).
