Component variant not rendered for selected segment

The targeted variant of a component is not rendered in the channel manager if that segment is selected by the user in the "As viewed by" select box.

Reproduction:

• Create a variant of a component for Dutch segment (e.g. news component on news page)
• Publish the channel
• Select Dutch in the "As viewed by" in the channel manager

Expect: Dutch variant is rendered.

Actual: Default variant is rendered.

Note that the site does render the correct variant (make sure you're targeted as Dutch though).
