Page diagnostics - add host and mount information

Page diagnostics shows the entries "Host and mount matching" and "Sitemap matching" as following:

...

It would be useful to show in addition also the values that have been resolved like the values for the host name, the mount, the sitemap. The information is already available in the code blocks enclosed by the HDC task and could be added as attributes (now it is just empty {}).
