Hardcode the platform/cms webapp to use /hst:platform as configuration path

What shall we do with 'hst.configuration.rootPath = /hst:platform' ? This is now a required property in the CMS webapp in hst-config.properties. However I find this odd now the 'hst:platform' config has moved to the HST. I think I prefer that in case the HippoWebappContext is org.onehippo.cms7.services.context.HippoWebappContext.Type#CMS or org.onehippo.cms7.services.context.HippoWebappContext.Type#PLATFORM , that I then hardcode the hst.configuration.rootPath to be /hst:platform.

We concluded wrt above that the cms/platform app should hardcode /hst:platform instead
