Support virtual nodes for branches

Currently we do not decorate virtual nodes to possibly the correct frozen versioned node. This results in that for example when we look at the 'canonical' document, we see the branch of 'halloween', but when looking at it via a virtual node we still get to see the master.

There is only one shortcoming which cannot be easily fixed but which is a really minor acceptable shortcoming: We cannot support navigation stateful URLs for documents which are served from version history. See [1] for navigation stateful URLs. Note these are only used in faceted navigation and then even very rarely because almost ALWAYS the canonical URL is requested
