[Backport 12.4] Create menu item fails when hst:pagemodelapi is set in the hst:virtualhost node

I was able to track down the issue to the following method : org.hippoecm.hst.container.HstDelegateeFilterBean#finishMatchingPhase

When it tries to get the mount point but it fails and sets a mount ID that is not correct.

The current solution is to set the hst:pagemodelapi in the  hst:mount.
