ParametersInfoAnnotationUtils: Don't log warning in case where spring component id is used instead of component classname

When using spring managed components and using Spring convention for naming the beans (HeaderComponent is headerComponent), setting the componentclassname property in the console works, however

each time opening the parameters popup for such a component in the Channel Editor produces following warning:

[ParametersInfoAnnotationUtils.getParametersInfoAnnotation:148] Component class not loadable, configured by hst:componentclassname property: headerComponent]
