    Description

      The purpose of HstDelayedContextLoaderListener is to make sure the Spring Root WebApplicationContext starts up after the HST Spring Component Manager is available. The HST Spring Component Manager is available when HstServices.isAvailable(), not necessarily directly after the repository has become available
