[SPA++] Include linkrewriting for resourceapi (html) content serialization

Currently links in content are not represented because the content is not rewritten. We might need custom serialization for the HippoHtml bean to include linkrewriting

You can see this in the testsuite at http://localhost:8080/site/resourceapi/ : The links in the home page content are not resolved
