Manage content tag should render component parameter value for the active parameter prefix

The 'manage content' tag renders, amongst others, the value of the component parameter specified by the 'componentParameter' attribute. However, it does not take parameter prefixes into account when fetching the value of this component parameter. Currently, it always fetches the value of the default parameter prefix. It should use the current active parameter prefix.
