Effectuate deprecation of the cmseditlink tag

In a previous minor release the new manageContent tag was introduced, and the cmseditlink tag was deprecated in favor of that. The cmseditink tag however still worked. Developers did probably not notice the deprecation since they don't use the java code of the tag directly. Adding log warnings about this in a previous verion was not an option. It would fill the logs too much.

But in this version we can effectively disable the usage of this tag. Remove org.hippoecm.hst.tag.HstCmsEditLinkTag.

Also remove usages of it in the TestSuite.
