Support saving a single component parameter only

The current REST API for container items only supports saving all component parameters in one go. However, for Create Content we need to be able to update a single component parameter only.

In addition, the HstManageContentTag should render the UUID of the current component, so the front-end can pass that to the create-content side panel, which can then use it to save a single parameter of that component.
