Undeprecate still useful createIncomingBeansQuery methods

With HSTTWO-3865 we cleanup the number of ContentBeanUtils#getIncomingBeansQuery methods. A number of useful ones were added that only have four arguments and have includeSubtypes = false.

Two deprecated versions remain, but they actually appear to be still useful and should remain and not be removed in a future version. I propose to un-deprecate those.
