Move definition of hosts and sites root nodes into HST

The nodes

/hst:hst/hst:hosts and
/hst:hst/hst:sites

are currently provided by the archetype / projects. This means that their 'residual-child-node-category: content' property needs to be duplicated for all projects (and added during upgrades). Moving them to the product (HST) removes this burden from developers.
