Add configuration option to internal linkrewriting and images to disable the link/remove the image when the referred node is not accessible (for example due to not being published or read rights)

When a link insight html links to for example a document that is not published (yet), we can simply only display the text of the link and not the linktag <a>. For an image, we can remove the entire image tag. This feature should be configurable behavior
