when a channel gets deleted, the channel mngr becomes broken for the person that deleted the channel

    Description

      Problem is that when someone deletes a channel, that channel its ID is still stored on the http session, and as a result, 

      PageComposerContextService#getEditingMount

      fails. The channel mngr now is unusable as long as the webmaster is logged in, because in HSTTWO-4009 we added:

      HstConfigLockedCheckInvokerPreprocessor

      which is a preprocessor but now gets an NPE.
