    Description

      Downstream projects need to be able to inject ResourceProviders, however, since the jaxrsHstConfigCxfServerFactoryBean is part of an HST spring addon, this is not possible at this moment. Hence we need to move the jaxrsHstConfigCxfServerFactoryBean to the hst core component manager
