[CXFJaxrsHstConfigService] Set mount attribute if node is of type mount

If a node is of type NODETYPE_HST_MOUNT then it is aparently a rest call for the MountResource. So in that case we can already set the CMS_REQUEST_RENDERING_MOUNT_ID in the session, so that this ID is available for valves and the MountResource.
