Add unit tests for selectbranch and selectmaster

When a configuration is locked, we need to disable all PUT/DELETE/POST methods except the selectbranch / master methods (although they are PUTS). Therefor, although we do not have branches in the unit test setup, still add unit tests for selectbranch / master methods
