Catalog Component Parameter Annotation - Support Dynamic DropDownList

At the moment, we can specify drop down list values in a hard-coded way, not in a dynamic way using @DropDownList annotation. [1]

I wish to be able to configure a drop down list generated dynamically at runtime.
For example, if a webmaster needs to choose an available product category in a catalog component parameter setting window, the available product category names should be retrieved dynamically from somewhere at runtime.
