Allow customisation of channel display width options

    Description

      Per CHANNELMGR-945, make it possible to customize the 3 viewport width options. Currently, the options are hard-coded to 320px (phone), 720px (tablet) and 1280px (desktop). It should be possible to override these defaults on a per-channel basis.
