Improve HstComponentFactoryImpl#getComponentInstance to not try to reinstantiate the same failed component over and over

instead, store in the componentRegistry a 'FailedHstComponent' or whatever and from that return null (instead of retrying to create for example a component instance of an abstract class or a class that does not exist)
