Extend the Channel class with a workspace-exists flag

The old channel manager used GET query parameters to retrieve a list of channels which have a workspace in their HST configuration. In order to avoid this back-end call, we rather add a "workspaceExists" flag to the Channel meta data, which is already retrieved by and available to the new channel manager.
