Allow rename of parameter prefix to hippo-default

HstComponentParameters#renamePrefix currently does not allow you to rename an existing parameter prefix to 'hippo-default'. That should be possible, and should replace the existing default configuration with the configuration of the prefix. Renaming 'hippo-default' to something else should remain impossible, since there should always be a default variant.
