      Background:
      Channel inheritance is used in several different cases to facilitate easier management of large sites. It helps when dealing with permissions, but also to reduce the challenges of publishing undesired changes as channels can be grouped in a logical way.

      Solution (idea):
      When merging the inherited channel, also take into account the containers and menus. Maybe more when it would be configurable.
