When a binary node cannot be found, the hst:link tag with path attribute returns the wrong URL

example:

<@hst.link path="/binaries/content/assets/styling/style.css"/>

when there is no node at '/content/assets/styling/style.css' the returned link is

'content/assets/styling/style.css'

instead of

'/binaries/content/assets/styling/style.css'
