adjust default hst configuration so it listens on all ip addresses

Created as a result of ESSENTIALS-641.

Currently, when you create a new Essentials project and connect to the site over an IP address, the site gives back a 404 and an exception is logged:

' can not be matched to a host. Skip HST Filter and request processing.

Which is correct, but does not provide a nice out-of-the-box experience. This also means that when you connect to the CMS over an IP address, the CMS is functional, but the channel manager does not work.
