HstLinkProcessor post/pre process should also be invoked for container resources like webfiles, static web app resources and repo binaries

since all request are now matched in the HST, thus also container resources, we now must all invoke pre/post processing of container resources. However, during link creation, the DefaultHstLinkCreator skips postProcessing still.
