In case of multiple HST webapps within single container, fallback linkrewriting building of location map fails depending which webapp gets hit

    Description

      In org.hippoecm.hst.core.linking.DocumentParamsScanner there are class not found exceptions logged. This is because the org.hippoecm.hst.cmsrest.services.DocumentsResource#getChannels gets hit with a certain contextpath. Since fallback linkrewriting has been introduced, the channels can only be served by the correct webapp.

      The same problem will occur for cross webapp linkrewriting.
