Support switch templates in the absence of a (dummy) parametersinfo annotation

Adding Switch templates to Essentials, I found that the component class needs to have a ParametersInfo annotation for the Switch Templates mechanism to work. It would be nice if HST would supply its own default dummy ParametersInfo class in such a case, in order to avoid boilerplate code in the Hippo project.
