Support HST linkrewriting for handpicked documents in hst component items

    Description

      Currently, when some document is only used in a component item by a handpicked jcr path, the document itself might not have canonical URL because it is not linked by any sitemap item its relative content path.

      We need to support optional fallback from sitemap to component pages (or vice versa) for linkrewriting. Certainly in the context of page management this is very valuable
